Mt. Dumbapeious was the second team project I worked on while in University with a few classmates. Our assignment was to create a 3D game together. Eager to try something new we decided to make a game centering around a bossfight.

My role on this project was a Technical Designer. During this role I did programming tasks working on gameplay mechanics as well as work on the arena and game world.
The mechanics I worked on were various weapons the player could use.
These weapons consisted of one primary weapon and several secondary weapons that could be used via pickups.
These include:
-The Pistol: The primary weapon that the player has to rely on.
-The Shotgun: A weapon with higher damage and a randomized spread for taking out crowds of enemies at once or dealing a large chunk to one target,
-The Machine Gun: A weapon capable of a high fire rate for when a lot of enemies crowd the player and need to be dispatched consistently.
-The Rifle: A long range weapon capable of wrapping around the screen for unpredictable or hard shots.
-The Grenade: An Area Of Effect thrown weapon for high damage in a concentrated spot.
-The Stun Grenade: Instead of doing damage this weapon temporarily stuns any enemies caught within its Area Of Effect.
